ASSE Series 6000 Medical Gas Installer Certification

A journeyman class is now forming

If you haven't renewed your 2005 certification with NITC when the 2012 NFPA Health Care Facilities Code test is established you will have to take this course. Check your certification cards to be sure your are current! Or check your certifications on the members only section on the UA website at uanet.org/login.asp

Class will be held one or two evening per week from 6-10pm for up to 9 weeks, with brazing and electronic examinations the last night.

Each member will be required to successfully braze 2, 1-1/2" coupons for sectioning by NITC to ASME Section IX requirements. An electronically administered third party proctored test will be given the last night of the class. To successfully complete the written portion of the exam a score of 80% or higher must be obtained.

Call the Training Center at 816-761-8800 to sign up for this class. There is no charge to the member for this course unless you fail to complete the course and take the examination. If this occurs the member will be charged the testing fee of $108.00.
